When buying or selling Real Estate in Calgary you need a Realtor who is contactable. I'm always available for you by phone, email, text, my website and in person. I will always try to respond to you immediately and if I don't respond within 12 hours I will plant 5 trees at the amazing Carbon Farmer Farm in Alberta. Being available to my clients when they need me is my top priority.

Buying or selling real estate is a huge investment and you deserve an experienced Realtor who works around your schedule. Real Estate is not Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm so your schedule becomes my schedule.

I promise not to stalk you on Facebook, I promise not to send you emails asking you to share fridge magnets with your friends. I promise I won't email you my favorite recipes at Christmas hoping that will make you a client for life. I love my job and I love and respect the people I am fortunate to work with.

I will always be honest with you even if it's something you might not want to hear. The real estate service I provide is professional and my home selling commission fees are based on fairness. I never forget that I work for you and without you I do not have a real estate business.

My marketing is handled by professionals and is designed to help you buy and sell houses in Calgary. My job as a professional Realtor is to market and promote your home, not myself.

I want your experience of buying or selling a home in Calgary to be enjoyable and rewarding. If something is not right I will do everything in my power to fix it. If it can't be fixed I will release you from the contract. I do not believe you should be contracted to a Realtor for months that you cannot work with or fails to deliver on promises.

Market Snapshot is an amazing tool that is free to use and it creates very detailed real estate market reports These reports are generated by Top Producer and they are emailed directly to you. These reports are free for anybody to use.

Using my MLS search you can conveniently view all the currently available houses, homes, condos and acreages for sale in Calgary and the surrounding areas. Additionally I can setup up an automated property search and you will be emailed instantly when a new home is listed on the MLS for sale. If you are from out of town I can preview any of the houses for sale in Calgary and I'll send you additional photos, videos and my honest opinion.
